Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Clean Energy Fuels (CLNE Quote): "This has been one of my favorites, but only if Obama gets behind it. I like it only as a speculation."

MBIA (MBI Quote): "When you've got JPMorgan Chase (JPM Quote) trading right around where they did their secondary offering, why would you go anywhere else?"

Aqua America (WTR Quote): "Keep looking. There's no growth, no yield. Why not go with Dominion Resources (D Quote) or Consolidated Edison (ED Quote), both of which have both?"

BE Aerospace (BEAV Quote): "This is one of a few I'm thinking about upgrading. Year is going to be huge in aerospace and I want to be a buyer."

Las Vegas Sands (LVS Quote): "Ring the register as it goes higher. Wynn Resorts (WYNN Quote) is still best in show."
