Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Wednesday evening:

McDonald's (MCD Quote): "McDonald's delivered again. That company keeps delivering and keeps raising its dividend. You've got a winner."

Hershey Foods (HSY Quote): "I think the quarter is going to be dynamite. Raw costs are down. This is the only food stock with 15% to 20% upside when it reports."

Accenture (ACN Quote): "I'm surprised they had a bad quarter, I expected more. I think International Business Machines (IBM Quote) is a much better play on consulting."

Las Vegas Sands (LVS Quote): "I keep seeing this one trying to bottom, but the airport is telling a bad story with low visitor numbers. I'm not going to recommend it."

McDermott International (MDR Quote): "This is a great company, but in the end, we have a President that's anti-carbon, so I can't get behind it. "
