Kinder Morgan 1Q Distribution At $1.05 Per Unit

HOUSTON (AP) Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP, an energy transportation and storage company, declared a first-quarter cash distribution of $1.05 per common unit, payable May 15 to unit holders of record as of April 30.
The company said it expects to raise its 2009 annual cash distribution to $4.20 per unit, up 4.5 percent from last year. Shares of Kinder Morgan rose $1.07, or 8 percent, to $14.45 Wednesday.- Loading Comments...
