Epicor Software Names Michael Pietrini As CFO

IRVINE, Calif. (AP) — Epicor Software Corp. said Wednesday it appointed Michael Pietrini as chief financial officer and executive vice president, effective immediately.
Pietrini, 39, has worked for the enterprise business software company for 14 years and was most recently senior vice president of sales and operations for the Americas. Russell Clark, who had been interim CFO, will continue to serve as senior vice president of finance and principal accounting officer. Clark reports to Pietrini. Epicor shares lost 3 cents to $4.44 in the opening minutes of trading Wednesday.- Loading Comments...
