Bristow Group Announces Acting CFO

HOUSTON (AP) — Bristow Group Inc., which operates helicopters that ferry workers and equipment to offshore oil drilling rigs, announced Tuesday the appointment of an acting chief financial officer.
Elizabeth R. Brumley, vice president and chief accounting officer, was named acting CFO following the departure of Perry L. Elders, 47, executive vice president and CFO. The appointment is effective April 30. Brumley, 50, joined Houston-based Bristow in November 2005. Previously, she was vice president and controller of Noble Drilling Services Inc.
