NYSE Centex Corp., up $1.44 at $9.06 Pulte Homes Inc. is buying Centex in an all-stock $1.3 billion deal that will create the country's biggest homebuilder. Alcoa Inc., up 27 cents at $8.06 The aluminum maker reported a loss in its first quarter as prices and demand dropped, but analysts said it is doing a good job cutting costs. Constellation Brands Inc., down 59 cents at $11.05 The wine giant said it lost $406.8 million in its fiscal fourth quarter, falling short of Wall Street expectations, as sales slid 17 percent.
