'Mad Money Lightning Round': Quanta Services Is Solid

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Wednesday evening:

Quanta Services (PWR Quote): "It's a good solid stock. It's at $21 and probably goes to $23. I think you should keep it."

First Solar (FSLR Quote): "We need oil to be at $80 to $90 or the budget deficit solved for solar stocks to make money. That's a stagnant stock."

Shire Pharmaceuticals Group (SHPGY Quote): "It's got a great basket of drugs and I think it works coming out of a recession. I like it."

J Crew (JCG Quote): "I feel like I missed this one. I think its OK but it's up huge. At $12 it's a buy."
