World Fuel Services Acquires Henty Oil Group

MIAMI (AP) — World Fuel Services Corp., which sells vehicle, aircraft and marine fuels, said Friday it acquired the fuel provider Henty Oil Group of Companies.
The company did not disclose the purchase price. It said the purchase of the Liverpool, England, company will yield between 3 cents per share and 5 cents per share in earnings in the first 12 months. In 2008, Henty had marine volume of over 250,000 metric tons and serves the Irish Sea ports of Liverpool, Holyhead and Heysham.
