NYSE Dow Chemical Co., up $1.13 at $9.94 The company sold its just-acquired Morton Salt business to a German fertilizer maker for $1.68 billion, aiming to reduce debt. Fluor Corp., up $2.46 at $37.47 The company won a contract to perform engineering and other work on a $619 million power plant for Dominion Virginia Power. Wells Fargo & Co., up 85 cents at $15.33 Banking industry shares rose after an accounting rulemaking body approved a change that could help strengthen bank balance sheets. Hertz Global Holdings Inc., up 32 cents at $4.54 The company won the right to buy assets from Advantage Rent A Car for $33 million that generated $146 million in revenue last year. TRW Automotive Holdings Corp., up $1.18 at $4.55 An analyst upgrade, prompted in part by better-than-expected U.S. auto sales in March, helped lift shares of the auto parts supplier. Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc., up $2.31 at $69.81 The burrito chain is testing new, lower-priced menu offerings and a kids' menu, which an analyst said could lure more customers. NASDAQ Carmike Cinemas Inc., up 26 cents at $2.81 Optimism surrounding movies coming out in the second quarter, including Star Trek and Hannah Montana, lifted theater shares.
