Fidelity National Information Services will acquire the banking and payment services company in a $3 billion all-stock deal.

Borders Group Inc., up 29 cents at 92 cents

The operator of more than 900 book stores will cut its costs by another $120 million and it expects sales to keep sliding in 2009.

Sonic Automotive Inc., down 54 cents at $1.06

The auto retailer posted a quarterly loss as revenue tumbled due to the steep industrywide drop in demand for cars and trucks.

Worthington Industries Inc., up 86 cents at $9.57

The metal-processing company's profit plunged 92 percent, due to a $16.3 million restructuring charge and a sharp decline in sales.

Ashland Inc., up $1.58 at $11.91

An analyst boosted his rating on the chemicals maker, saying its stock is likely to rise due to decreased financial risk.

Anixter International Inc., down 29 cents at $31.39

An analyst downgraded the distributor of fasteners and electronic wire and cable, saying Wall Street estimates are too optimistic.

Urban Outfitters Inc., down 99 cents at $15.38

The clothing retailer said sales have been weaker than the comparable year-ago period during the fiscal year so far.

Celgene Corp., down $5.93 at $38.47

The biopharmaceutical company offered a disappointing outlook, highlighted by weak sales of its multiple myeloma drug Thalomid.
