The wine and spirits company cut its fiscal 2009 earnings outlook, citing weakness in its U.K. and Australian businesses.

DSW Inc., down 75 cents at $9.22

The specialty footwear retailer reported a quarterly loss on a 7.2 percent drop-off in sales in stores open at least a year.

Signet Jewelers Ltd., up $1.22 at $12.50

The parent of Kay Jewelers and other retail chains reported a fourth-quarter loss due to a hefty goodwill impairment charge, but shares rose on a relatively positive outlook.
