McCormick & Co., down $3.18 at $30.26 The spices company said its annual sales growth will come in at the lower end of previous forecasts of 2 percent to 4 percent. Acuity Brands Inc., down 56 cents at $23.13 A Robert Baird analyst cut earnings estimates for the lighting company due to delays in nonresidential construction. Carnival Corp., down 48 cents at $22.83 Lower fuel prices and cost cutting helped the cruise operator raise its profit 10 percent in its fiscal first quarter. Walt Disney Co., down 63 cents at $18.29 Goldman Sachs downgraded the company to "neutral" from "buy," arguing shares are overvalued compared with peers. H&R Block Inc., down 84 cents at $16.54 A UBS analyst cut his full-year profit estimates for the tax preparer, blaming weak client growth in February and March. Williams-Sonoma Inc., unchanged at $11.19 Quarterly profit fell 90 percent as the home decor chain closed stores, but adjusted results beat Wall Street forecasts.
