Cramer's 'Mad Money' Follow-Up: AIPC

Jim Cramer added American Italian Pasta (AIPC Quote) to his list of recommended private label food stocks on his "Mad Money" show Friday night. The stock traded higher Monday.

On Monday, shares of American Italian Pasta closed higher, up $0.07, or 0.22% to $32.16.

American Italian Pasta is not only the largest producer of dried pasta in America but also the largest private label pasta maker. Cramer said this combination makes it a huge winner.

Cramer told viewers to wait for a good entry point in this stock, adding "don't go crazy."

In recent weeks, Cramer has also recommended both Ralcorp (RAH Quote) and TreeHouse (THS Quote) as ways to play the growing trend of private label foods outpacing their brand name competitors.

On Monday shares of Ralcorp closed higher, up $0.39, or 0.71% to $55.53. Shares of TreeHouse closed higher too, up $0.16, or 0.56% to $28.62.
