NYSE Citigroup Inc., up 40 cents at $1.45 The ailing bank said it operated at a profit during the first two months of the year, helping spark a broad market rally. Rohm & Haas Co., up $4 at $78 Dow Chemical signaled late Monday that it would go through with a reworked deal to buy Rohm for $15 billion. United Technologies Corp., up $3.23 at $40.79 The company said the downturn in its core markets is worse than expected and cut its 2009 profit forecast 13 percent. Delta Air Lines Inc., up 55 cents at $4.74 The world's biggest airline operator said it will cut international capacity by an additional 10 percent starting in September. Office Depot Inc., up 33 cents at 92 cents The office supplier said its first quarter is faring better than its dismal fourth quarter, sending shares soaring. Kroger Co., up $1.98 at $21.44 Fourth-quarter profit rose 8 percent, as price-conscious shoppers bypassed restaurants and loaded carts with store brands. NASDAQ Apogee Enterprises Inc., up 13 cents at $8.55 A Piper Jaffray analyst downgraded the maker of windows to "sell" from "neutral" due to the weak commercial real estate market.
