NYSE Wells Fargo & Co., up 49 cents at $8.61 Following the lead of other banks, Wells said it will slash its dividend by 85 percent in an effort to save $5 billion annually. AnnTaylor Stores Corp., down $2.13 at $3.41 The clothing retailer reported a wider loss in its fourth quarter due to hefty restructuring charges and a big drop in sales. H&R Block Inc., up $1.36 at $18.68 Quarterly earnings surged as it prepared more early tax returns and saw smaller losses from discontinued operations.
