The clothing retailer reported a wider loss in its fourth quarter due to hefty restructuring charges and a big drop in sales.

H&R Block Inc., up $1.36 at $18.68

Quarterly earnings surged as it prepared more early tax returns and saw smaller losses from discontinued operations.

Rockwell Collins Inc., up 38 cents at $28.35

A Goldman analyst upgraded the aerospace company to "neutral" from "sell," saying weaker jet sales are reflected in the stock.
