Campton Place, San Francisco: This boutique hotel in the city's Union Square offers a "leave your heart in San Francisco'' package. The deal, which starts at $275 a day, includes a deluxe room, the ever-popular Champagne and strawberries on arrival, breakfast in bed, wine-tasting and a special dinner. This package is available through Feb. 28.

Enchantment Resort; Sedona, Arizona: This red-rock retreat is offering rooms from $295 a night. Guests get a chocolate-cooking demonstration, an "aura color" reading and a couples' yoga session. Separately, the resort is offering a Valentine's Day dinner for $125 a person in the plush Yavapai restaurant. This sweetheart deal runs Feb. 13-15.

Raito Hotel; Amalfi Coast, Italy: This renovated Old World hotel, in Vietri Sul Mare, has rolled out a 320 euro (about $430) per night Valentine's package that features lodging in a sea-view room, candlelight dinner for two with live music, massages in the hotel's spa, breakfast and, of course, Champagne and strawberries. Better hurry, though: the package is only available on Valentine's Day.

Le Meridien; Bora Bora, French Polynesia: It shouldn't take much effort to embrace the "passionate mood'' package at this Starwood(HOT Quote) hotel. Starting at $700 a night, the deal includes a stay in one of its thatched-roof bungalows over the water and dinner for two at the hotel's Le Tipanie restaurant. Coconut sweets, Champagne and a bathtub full of flowers will greet you when you return to your room.

Le Meurice, Paris: This gem on the Rue de Rivoli is one of the poshest hotels in the City of Light. The refurbished property's "la vie en rose'' package starts at 700 euros ($910) per night, and includes an American breakfast, Champagne, pink petits fours, and a bouquet of roses. Trendy designer Philippe Starck led the recent makeover.
