Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Varian Medical Systems (VAR Quote): "I like Varian. That's a quality company and I want to buy it."

Tyson Foods (TSN Quote): "I think that's a problematic situation over there. The problems are almost too hard to manage. I like McDonald's (MCD Quote) if you want chicken."

Wynn Resorts (WYNN Quote): "I like the bonds more than the stock. I don't want to touch International Game Technology (IGT Quote), MGM Mirage (MGM Quote) or Las Vegas Sands (LVS Quote). I'm concerned about the whole group. I don't want to touch any of them."

American Capital Strategies (ACAS Quote): "No, there's no hope for ACAS... I'd be a seller there."

Manitowoc (MTW Quote): "No, no, no. They overpaid for that acquisition. I'm double-selling, no, triple-selling that company."
