Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening:

Dow Chemical (DOW Quote): "I think until their CEO is gone, you're not going to see a thing from them. You have to sell, sell, sell."

Nuance Communications (NUAN Quote): "I think you need to take the money and run. Ring the register, I'm a seller. Take profits."

Boston Beer Company (SAM Quote): "No, no, no. I'm going with Molson Coors (TAP Quote). Raw costs coming down and a great brand name. You take profits in yours and go with mine. "

Potash (POT Quote): "No, you want to be in Terra Nitrogen (TNH Quote) with its accidentally high yield. You stay with that one, not Agrium (AGU Quote), not Mosaic (MOS Quote) and not Potash."

Hormel Foods (HRL Quote): "I've been looking at this one as a trade-down play, but I'm not going there."

Black & Decker (BDK Quote): "This one got smacked. Holy cow, they've got that thing by a third. I'm a buyer at $26 to $27 a share."

Time Warner (TWX Quote): "Think again. They have too many assets they can't monetize and the advertising market is horrible."
