Security for your home or home office can be costly and often times quite complicated to set up. This system from
(LOGI - Get Report)
is not only easy to install but can be upgraded with additional cameras.
To set up the system, which is PC based, you download the software, which then creates a master control grid where you can watch and/or record up to six live video cameras. The system comes with one camera.
Next, you plug in the USB receiver to an electrical outlet and connect it to your PC.
Finally, you place the camera indoors (there are also outdoor cameras, which can be purchased separately) and plug it into the nearest available outlet, and that's all that is involved in the set-up.
Once installed, the WiLife Command Center on your PC monitors everything the camera sees and can record actions triggered by motion directly to your hard drive.
What I also liked about this system is that you can view the location you are monitoring from any Windows mobile phone from anywhere in the world.
