eBay (EBAY Quote) rated new Sell at Collins Stewart based on valuation and market share loss. Sets $10 target price.

Investment Technology Group (ITG Quote) downgraded at Goldman to Sell based on declining volumes that will continue to pressure revenue. Note that company has high exposure to U.S. equity volumes, which remain weak as systemwide leverage declines. Target lowered to $20 from $26.

LaBranche (LAB Quote) upgraded at Goldman Sachs to Buy from Sell based on new regulations and rules at the NYSE that will improve trading relevance. Price target raised to $6 from $5.

National Oilwell Varco (NOV Quote) downgraded at J.P. Morgan to Underweight from Neutral due to expected decline in new RigTech orders and lower drill pipe volumes.

Pride International (PDE Quote) downgraded at J.P. Morgan to Underweight from Neutral based on projected negative cash flow in 2009 and 2010. Also note low ROIC and heavy exposure to Brazil, both negatives.

Transocean (RIG Quote) downgraded at J.P. Morgan to Neutral from Overweight based on oversupply of deepwater rigs that will drive years of declining returns. Also note concerns over backlog and company's leverage.

Sohu.com (SOHU Quote) upgraded at Oppenheimer to Outperform from Perform, based on favorable position in online games. Believe ad revenue will be softer than expected in 2009, vs. high margins and steady growth of gaming division. Price target raised to $61 from $53.

Suntech Power (STP Quote) downgraded at Friedman Billings to Underperform from Market Perform. Lowered target price to $4.
