This is one of those products that someone thought long and hard about and then went out and made it happen. For those of you mobile executives who live or travel in wet, windy areas, like Chicago or Seattle, this might be worth lugging around. It's called a Nubrella and unlike a normal umbrella, this one has an almost cocoon-like shape so that it won't take off with a strong, gust of wind.

There are two versions, one that is all clear and another with the front clear (so you can see) and the back black. It pops up and then rests on your shoulders, there are also straps that can be used so that it could be worn hands free.

The downside on this is the price. Most cheap umbrellas can be had for under $10 so if you loose it it's not a big deal.
