Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening: Windstream (WIN Quote): "The quarter wasn't that bad, the dividend is safe, management is good. I say pull the trigger. Windstream is OK." Mercadolibre (MELI Quote): "I have to tell you that a speculation in Latin America is too risky here. The only stock I'll recommend in Latin America is CPFL Energia (CPL Quote)." Wendy's International (WEN Quote): "I'm not a big fan longer term for Wendy's. If you want to be in fast food, you need McDonald's (MCD Quote) or Yum! Brands (YUM Quote)." Packaging Corp of America (PKG Quote): "I think that yield is good news. I think PKG is a good one and I'm re-recommending it right here." Citigroup (C Quote): "I have to tell you: Why not go with Wells Fargo (WFC Quote) after their big recapitalization? There's only one management that knows how to deal with all these changes and it's Wells."
