Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

Caterpillar (CAT Quote): "I am sorry but I think the analysts are wrong. This one yields 4.8%; I want to pull the trigger and buy Caterpillar."

Almost Family : "We've got a big nurse shortage in this country and this is the way to play it. Great call."

Citigroup (C Quote): "I have some of the highest quality banks stocks in Bank of America (BAC Quote), Wells Fargo (WFC Quote), BB&T Corp (BBT Quote) and Goldman Sachs (GS Quote). Why would I want to go into Citigroup?"
