Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Arch Capital Group : "They're a good insurer. I'd wait at least another four points before I'd buy it."

Fluor (FLR Quote - Cramer on FLR - Stock Picks): "There's a worldwide slowdown in construction, but not in the kind of work Fluor does. I think they're a buy on a pullback along with McDermott International and Joy Global ."

SPX Corp (SPW Quote - Cramer on SPW - Stock Picks): "This is a company that's doing everything right, but I cannot recommend an industrial company here."

Babcock & Brown Air Limited : "No, this is too risky here. I'm not a fan."

Flextronics : "Tech has fallen ridiculously our of favor. Flextronics is a don't buy here. "
