TSC Ratings' Updates: GlaxoSmithKline

Each business day, TheStreet.com Ratings updates its ratings on the stocks it covers. The proprietary ratings model projects a stock's total return potential over a 12-month period, including both price appreciation and dividends. Buy, hold or sell ratings designate how the Ratings group expects these stocks to perform against a general benchmark of the equities market and interest rates.

GlaxoSmithKline(GSK Quote)Develops, makes and markets pharmaceuticals and consumer health-related products sold worldwide. Products include prescription pharmaceuticals, vaccines, over-the-counter medicines, oral care products and nutritional healthcare products. GSK has been upgraded to buy.

GSK's revenue growth trails the industry average of 12%. Since the same quarter one year prior, revenues have slightly increased by 1.7%. Net operating cash flow has increased to $3,579 million or 17% when compared with the same quarter last year.
