Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Hercules Offshore (HERO Quote): "HERO is my hero. If the president gets his way and we get more off-shore drilling, HERO is the way to play it. "

Encore Wire Corp (WIRE Quote): "This is a problematic one. They're a buyer of copper and copper's going much, much higher. I do not want to own this stock. This is residential wiring and you can't own that here."

Statoil (STO Quote): "Statoil is running out of oil and you want to stay away from that one. They're losing oil and you'll be losing money if you own it."

Airgas (ARG Quote): "This company makes a lot of the gases needed to get oil out of the ground. That's a fabulous business and is not levered to the price of oil."

Quest Diagnostics (DGX Quote): "I don't like them as much as Laboratory Corp. of America Holding (LH Quote), which has a lot more momentum. I'd swap out of yours for mine. "
