Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

Deere & Co. (DE Quote - Cramer on DE - Stock Picks): "I bought some for my trust. It's down 30 points and it just doesn't belong that low. I think it's way overdone. "

CONSOL Energy (CNX Quote - Cramer on CNX - Stock Picks): "This was an ugly situation and people were jumping out the window. When that happens, I'm a buyer. "

Time Warner (TWX Quote - Cramer on TWX - Stock Picks): "No, if I want media, I suggest Comcast (CMCSA Quote - Cramer on CMCSA - Stock Picks). Buyback, dividend, that's the one to buy."

NYSE Group (NYX Quote - Cramer on NYX - Stock Picks): "NYX has been one of the worst things I've done on this show. I can't buy NYX here, I can barely look at it here. I got hurt severely with this one. "

Ariba (ARBA Quote - Cramer on ARBA - Stock Picks): "For as bad as newspaper stocks have been, the Internet stocks have been pretty good. Google (GOOG Quote - Cramer on GOOG - Stock Picks) is good, and so it Arriba. Even Yahoo! (YHOO Quote - Cramer on YHOO - Stock Picks) is good with Icahn."

Chesapeake Energy (CHK Quote - Cramer on CHK - Stock Picks): "This is the big test in natural gas. If the stock holds after their big share offering, then it goes higher. If not, we're in for some pain."

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
