Verizon (VZ Quote - Cramer on VZ - Stock Picks): "Both Verizon and AT&T (T Quote - Cramer on T - Stock Picks) are being seen as dead money if Obama wins and stops treating dividends favorably. But I don't buy into that and want to buy both of them here."

Wachovia (WB Quote - Cramer on WB - Stock Picks): "Wachovia just now, yes, just now, decided to stop offering adjustable rate mortgages. I do not like Wachovia and I'm very worried about them. "

Emcore (EMKR Quote - Cramer on EMKR - Stock Picks): "This one is a mosaic of companies. If you want it as a speculative stock, it's OK, but otherwise, this one's not for me."
