Local foodies called it a coup when the Michelin Guide announced its Las Vegas addition and crowned Joel Robuchon the only three-star eatery in the Southwest. Beating out Guy Savoy and every chef in Los Angeles, the restaurant has again become the hottest gourmet destination in town located within The Mansion at MGM Grand(MGM Quote - Cramer on MGM - Stock Picks).

A black-and-white tiled foyer lit by a crystal chandelier leads to a main drawing room with 17-foot ceilings, tufted-velvet banquettes lined with desert foodies and be-seen socialites. With flavors from Asia and Spain, a menu of market-fresh ingredients and age-old recipes influence a surprisingly simple French menu. Smaller than expected, 64 seats are arranged in five separate dining areas varying between color-gilded boudoirs to a garden-style terrace.
