Some big movers among China-based stocks and Chinese ADRs Tuesday were China Precision Steel(CPSL Quote), which blasted up 9% to $5.20; VisonChina Media(VISN Quote), which jumped 8.6% to $18.30; Jinpan International(JST Quote), which soared 5.8% to $35.80; and 51job(JOBS Quote), which added 4.3% to $19.09.
