Tiger Woods is the favorite to win in the upcoming U.S. Open, but it remains to be seen whether or not his recent knee surgery will give his game any problems. The top-ranked golfer is looking to score his third title in this event, and his fourteenth major championship overall . Woods has an impressive track record at Torrey Pines Golf Course in San Diego, which is host to this year's U.S. Open; he's claimed six of his major pro victories there. However, this time he is coming into the game after two month of recovery. Woods took time off to get arthroscopic on his left knee after his second place performance in April's Masters Tournament. The procedure, which was intended to repair cartilage damage, is the second Woods has received in the past five years. His competitors should be aware however, the last time the classically Nike (NKE - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr) clad pro had knee surgery, he won three of his next four tournaments, starting with the Buick (GM - Cramer's Take - Stockpickr) Invitational at Torrey Pines.
