Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening: Pepsico PEP: "The stock is down a few points. It's being given away here. You keep buying it and putting it away." North American Palladium PAL: "Interesting speculation on a profitable metal. I like that company." Genco Shipping GNK: "I have to tell you something: I believe that all of these shipping companies are going to be sending goods to China for the hurricane relief. I like it." McMoRan Exploration MMR: "I recommended this one a year ago and it's a terrific company. Stick with it, I still like that group." Holly HOC: "No, no, the refining operations are a no-go. I don't want to be anywhere near the refining business." Systemax SYX: "This is just another computer company. There's nothing special there at all. That company is just not going to make a good profit." Arch Coal ACI: "I think Arch could go to $80. Everybody wants coal overseas, Arch is a super duper buy." OM Group OMG: "No, they just blew the quarter, and blew it badly. That was a big miss and you can't own a company that missed that big."
