'Fast Money' Pops and Drops: Wait on Cooper

Here's what CNBC's "Fast Money" traders had to say about some of the market's biggest movers on their "Pops and Drops" segment Wednesday.

Cooper Tire & Rubber (CTB Quote - Cramer on CTB - Stock Picks) dropped 7%. Guy Adami said the company issued a forecast that was lower than expectations. He said investors can buy the name, but not yet.

Cephalon (CEPH Quote - Cramer on CEPH - Stock Picks) went up 3%. Pete Najarian said the FDA voted against it yesterday, but analysts think that decision is going to get overturned.

Owens Corning (OC Quote - Cramer on OC - Stock Picks) rallied 7%. Karen Finerman said the company bought a fiberglass company that's doing well.

Pitney Bowes (PBI Quote - Cramer on PBI - Stock Picks) jumped 4%. Jeff Macke said the company managed to beat estimates.

Eagle Bulk Shipping (EGLE Quote - Cramer on EGLE - Stock Picks) ticked up 12%. Adami said risk-takers can get short here with a tight stop.
