Cramer extended his optimism to the entire natural gas sector. With the growth rates for natural gas drillers averaging 15%, he said investors will be hard pressed to find such high growth in any other sector.

As with most small-cap alternative energy plays, [Evergreen Solar's] ESLR this stock's fundamentals are sketchy; the company has negative profits and cash flow, but management expects to turn a profit in 2009.

From TSC Ratings' Upgrades, Downgrades: TWC:
Enbridge Energy Partners EEP, which owns and operates crude oil and liquid petroleum transportation and storage assets, has been upgraded to buy. For the first quarter, revenue rose 42% to $2.44 billion, and earnings per share grew to 99 cents from 40 cents. For 2008, the market expects an improvement in full-year EPS to $3.29 from $2.07 in 2007.
