Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Waste Management (WMI Quote): "I have to tell you, this is a company that's really well-run and is a solid, solid buy right here."

Dryships (DRYS Quote): "This whole sector is coming back and I've repeatedly said that Frontline (FRO Quote) is the play, but this one is good, too."

Atlas Energy Resources (ATN Quote): "I like them. I like the oil shale. This is one that's going higher. I think that's just a terrific natural gas play."

Kroger (KR Quote): "Both Safeway (SWY Quote) and Kroger are breaking out. I say pull the trigger here; the pin action there is great."

Terex (TEX Quote): "I have been surprised that Terex hasn't kept up with Caterpillar (CAT Quote). I think it'll play catch up with the group soon."

Teledyne Technologies (TDY Quote): "I've always felt this one was excellent. I think this is an interesting niche play, but it's had a big run. Let's wait for a pullback."

Visa (V Quote): "Visa's up 20 points already. It's going to $100 a share. Big institutions have to have exposure to financials and they're still buying this one."

Cepheid (CPHD Quote): "I think this one's still good, but I'll refer you to their competitor, Becton Dickinson (BDX Quote), as one with more upside."
