Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening: Waste Management WMI: "I have to tell you, this is a company that's really well-run and is a solid, solid buy right here." Dryships DRYS: "This whole sector is coming back and I've repeatedly said that Frontline FRO is the play, but this one is good, too." Atlas Energy Resources ATN: "I like them. I like the oil shale. This is one that's going higher. I think that's just a terrific natural gas play." Kroger KR: "Both Safeway SWY and Kroger are breaking out. I say pull the trigger here; the pin action there is great." Terex TEX: "I have been surprised that Terex hasn't kept up with Caterpillar CAT. I think it'll play catch up with the group soon." Teledyne Technologies TDY: "I've always felt this one was excellent. I think this is an interesting niche play, but it's had a big run. Let's wait for a pullback." Visa V: "Visa's up 20 points already. It's going to $100 a share. Big institutions have to have exposure to financials and they're still buying this one." Cepheid CPHD: "I think this one's still good, but I'll refer you to their competitor, Becton Dickinson BDX, as one with more upside." *For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
