Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening:

Bear Stearns (BSC Quote - Cramer on BSC - Stock Picks): "No, sell this one. There's nothing there, it's already above the offer. If you want JPMorgan Chase (JPM Quote - Cramer on JPM - Stock Picks) go buy some of that."

Taser International (TASR Quote - Cramer on TASR - Stock Picks): "I don't care for Taser, this is one that was a high-flyer, but its yesterday's news. The momentum is gone."

Illinois Tool Works (ITW Quote - Cramer on ITW - Stock Picks): "I was going to do this one in my series this week. ITW is a great company and I would recommend it right here."

Applied Materials (AMAT Quote - Cramer on AMAT - Stock Picks): "I don't like them for the semiconductors, I like them for their solar business. I want to own AMAT."

Conceptus (CPTS Quote - Cramer on CPTS - Stock Picks): "I'm going to take a pass on that one, I need to do some more homework on it."

DaVita (DVA Quote - Cramer on DVA - Stock Picks): "We have liked this one for a long time. I think they're terrific. I like them a lot."

Synchronoss Technologies (SNCR Quote - Cramer on SNCR - Stock Picks): "They're terrific guys, but I got too fired up about them. It's a cutthroat business and I don't like it."

St. Joe (JOE Quote - Cramer on JOE - Stock Picks): "There is a tremendous amount of land in Florida that they own, but I say to stay on the sidelines."

Kinder Morgan (KMP Quote - Cramer on KMP - Stock Picks): "It hit a 52-week high, and its still got a great yield. This one's for you and for me."

Tenet Healthcare (THC Quote - Cramer on THC - Stock Picks): "I feel like the gains been made, I want to put my money elsewhere."

Garmin (GRMN Quote - Cramer on GRMN - Stock Picks): "I free you from that house of pain. I'd say sell, sell, sell. I don't want you anywhere near that stock."

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
