Finally, Minneapolis bedmaker Select Comfort (SCSS - Get Report) reported a first-quarter loss of $7.1 million, or 16 cents a share, vs. a profit of $10.7 million, or 21 cents a share, a year ago. The Street had predicted EPS of 9 cents. Share sagged 19.8% to $2.60.More broadly, the Russell 2000 was up 1.1% to 715.74, and the S&P SmallCap 600 gained 1.2% to 376.91.
