Consumer-electronics seller Best Buy BBY named James Muehlbauer chief financial officer on a permanent basis, removing the interim title he had had since last September. Muehlbauer, 46, joined Best Buy in 2002. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Pillsbury, part of General Mills GIS. Shares of Best Buy were down 8 cents at $43.62 Monday. Competitors RadioShack RSH and Circuit City CC each were up more than 3%.
