- Pfizer (PFE) reported today quarterly profit fell 18% -- Is it worth keeping after the news of its new rights to a cancer drug and its dividend?

Is its dividend enough for me to wait and see if Pfizer makes some sort of acquisition this year? If I let it go should pick up biotech or something else?
