'Mad Money Lightning Round': Nothing Special About IAC/InterActive

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

IAC/InterActiveCorp (IACI Quote - Cramer on IACI - Stock Picks): "It seems cheap down here, but the whole Web seems cheap. There's nothing special here, I need you to sell this one."

Crocs (CROX Quote - Cramer on CROX - Stock Picks): "Every time I want to say it's cheap, it gets even cheaper. I just don't think there's anything proprietary there. I don't want to own that stock."

Countrywide Financial (CFC Quote - Cramer on CFC - Stock Picks): "I think the buyout will close, I think they're fine, but I don't want to own the stock. "

Calpine (CPN Quote - Cramer on CPN - Stock Picks): "I like the energy complex, but I like conservative energy stocks with good dividends. I'd rather see you in Exelon (EXC Quote - Cramer on EXC - Stock Picks), or I also like Duke Energy (DUK Quote - Cramer on DUK - Stock Picks)."

Acadia Pharmaceuticals (ACAD Quote - Cramer on ACAD - Stock Picks): "No, I've been negative on that one. There's nothing proprietary there. I've been cutting back on that group."

Zoltek (ZOLT Quote - Cramer on ZOLT - Stock Picks): "We had recommended this one, but it's all played out. I think it's just going to rest here. I want to see at least one good quarter from them."

Aircastle (AYR Quote - Cramer on AYR - Stock Picks): "I blew this one. They're right in the cross-hairs of the credit crunch. We got this story wrong. "

ConAgra Foods (CAG Quote - Cramer on CAG - Stock Picks): "I think I'm a day late on ConAgra. I'm too late here. I think the trade has been made. "

PNM Resources (PNM Quote - Cramer on PNM - Stock Picks): "I don't think there's a lot of upside. I think this one's in the penalty box for at least a year."

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
