Wouldn't a more prudent homebuilder stop building completely and let the inventory sell off? I know they have slowed, but it seems they haven't slowed that rapidly.

But even Cramer came to his senses on Apple now; as he earlier mentioned, momentum stocks have no top but when a stock is re-valued from momentum to value, there is no bottom...
