Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening:

Sara Lee (SLE): "I've given up on Sara Lee. That thing is going absolutely nowhere."

Humana (HUM): "I think Humana is going to have the best earnings momentum of anyone in that group."

Dentsply International (XRAY): "I'm not going to go there. Ten years ago, this was a great growth stock, but not now."

Garmin (GRMN): "Garmin has had it, it's over, it's done. Don't go near Garmin. That game is over."

Goldman Sachs (GS): "I'm not buying any more until everyone's lowered their earnings estimates to $18."

Switch & Data (SDXC): "I don't like the Internet service provider business right now."

Manitowoc (MTW): "A very good company, they had a very good quarter. That company is great."

New York Community Bancorp (NYB): "I don't care for the fundamentals. I like Hudson City Bancorp (HCBK)."

Skechers USA (SKX): "They delivered a good quarter. I think it's good up to $25 a share."
