American Eagle Outfitters (AEO Quote - Cramer on AEO - Stock Picks): "Very tough call. I think the stock marks time. I am not going to tell you to buy that one."

Ford Motor (F Quote - Cramer on F - Stock Picks): "No to the common stock; I like only the preferred shares. "

Foster Wheeler (FWLT Quote - Cramer on FWLT - Stock Picks): "I started pulling the trigger on Foster Wheeler, but I'm doing it slowly on weakness. Buy slowly."

Mindray Medical (MR Quote - Cramer on MR - Stock Picks): "Interesting speculation, but China's too hot to handle."

Textron (TXT Quote - Cramer on TXT - Stock Picks): "Listen, I was on the conference call, every division was good, but the stock is going down. You can buy Textron, but buy slowly."

IntercontinentalExchange (ICE Quote - Cramer on ICE - Stock Picks): "Be careful out there ... this one could be going to 100."

Elan (ELN Quote - Cramer on ELN - Stock Picks): "I never pulled the trigger on this one, but I should have."

Arch Coal (ACI Quote - Cramer on ACI - Stock Picks): "I'm not the guy to go to on this one. I was waiting for it to come down, but it didn't. ACI is good, BTU is better. "

Intel (INTC Quote - Cramer on INTC - Stock Picks): "Intel reported a not good quarter, I want you to sell Intel right here, I'm no longer a fan of tech."

Chimera Investment (CIM Quote - Cramer on CIM - Stock Picks): "I feel very confident with these guys; I think this stock is one of the two best ways to play the crisis in housing. "
