I would buy AEO under $21 a share." ValueClick VCLK: "I think it's a logical takeover target. Someone will want ValueClick." Wachovia WB: "I would pull the trigger on Wachovia. They're gonna make it, they're gonna prosper. The naysayers are wrong!"
Sierra Wireless SWIR: "I was negative on these guys, but I was wrong. I like this one."
Aqua America WTR: "Very tough call. I like the management, but they have to buy companies with their own stock. I was too bullish on these guys."
Terex TEX: "If Terex comes in at all, let's pull the trigger."
Time Warner TWX: "This is a really tough one. I can't think of a reason to buy this stock. There's no catalyst."
The mortgage lender is a buy, Cramer says.
