Foster Wheeler (FWLT Quote - Cramer on FWLT - Stock Picks): "I just started buying it today for my charitable trust, but I've seen it decline 24% and I think its time to pull the trigger."

Under Armour (UA Quote - Cramer on UA - Stock Picks): "Under Armour is doing a classic bounce off a really bad quarter. They're in the long-term penalty box."

Emerson Electric (EMR Quote - Cramer on EMR - Stock Picks): "When I look at what's right with this country, I look at Emerson. I would buy it here."

Flextronics (FLEX Quote - Cramer on FLEX - Stock Picks): "That 10% move is just the beginning, pile in."

Waste Management (WMI Quote - Cramer on WMI - Stock Picks): "Business is coming back big time. I'd buy Waste Management and Republic Services (RSG Quote - Cramer on RSG - Stock Picks)."

PetroChina (PTR Quote - Cramer on PTR - Stock Picks): "I like PetroChina. China's one of my favorites."

E*TRADE Financial (ETFC Quote - Cramer on ETFC - Stock Picks): "I cannot believe this one is moving. Rising tides lift even the leakiest of boats, but I cannot recommend this one."
