SAN FRANCISCO -- Informatica(INFA Quote - Cramer on INFA - Stock Picks) beat the Street's fourth-quarter projections Tuesday.
The Redwood City, Calif. software company said revenue was $113.9 million, up 24%, from $91.8 million in the same quarter of last year. Analysts were looking for a top line of $109.3 million, according to Thomson Financial. Net income rose 48% to $20.6 million, or 21 cents a share, vs. a bottom line of $13.9 million, or 15 cents, a year ago. EPS, less items, was 25 cents, 3 cents ahead of analysts' estimates. License revenue at the developer of data integration software grew 28%, to $54.9 million.
