Cramer's 'Mad Money Lightning Round': Believe in PPL Power

Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Thursday evening:

Hewitt Associates (HEW Quote - Cramer on HEW - Stock Picks): "It does actuary business. ... It's just kind of a good put-it-away company. Don't buy it all at once."

Dell (DELL Quote - Cramer on DELL - Stock Picks): "I see very little upside in Dell. There's just too many players in that business. ... I can't tell you to buy or sell Dell at this level."

Phillips Electronics (PHG Quote - Cramer on PHG - Stock Picks): "I like the European markets. ... This is a better stock than a lot of conglomerates I know in the United States. I would hold on to Phillips Electronics."

Ford (F Quote - Cramer on F - Stock Picks): "The Ford preferred gives you a nice dividend ... a nice return. ... That's what I suggested for Countrywide (CFC Quote - Cramer on CFC - Stock Picks). ... That'll work for Ford."

Devon Energy (DVN Quote - Cramer on DVN - Stock Picks): "I think people think that Lenin has come in ... to nationalize. ... I think gasoline is the fuel of the future ... I would buy on the way down. ... It has unbelievable finds in the gulf. I'm not giving up on it."

Abaxis (ABAX Quote - Cramer on ABAX - Stock Picks): "No, to be very honest, I want you to take a profit. ... That group is good, but I have seen a lot of diagnostic stocks come under pressure. ... I like the business, but it's too risky to hold on to those."

Fuel Tech (FTEK Quote - Cramer on FTEK - Stock Picks): "Like Foster Wheeler (FWLT Quote - Cramer on FWLT - Stock Picks), this is one that makes cleaner energy. ... A lot of times, the consensus is right for a short period of time. ... Buy a Devin or a Foster Wheeler. Those are more reliable."

Procter & Gamble (PG Quote - Cramer on PG - Stock Picks): "They have some raw-cost concerns. ... Procter's going down. If it gets to 65 tomorrow, buy."

First Solar (FSLR Quote - Cramer on FSLR - Stock Picks): "First Solar is a fabulous company that is highly speculative right here. ... That's how bad and nasty this bear market has become."

PPL (PPL Quote - Cramer on PPL - Stock Picks): "That is a total and unequivocal winner in a growth area. ... You've got a winner."
