Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Tuesday evening:

Baidu (BIDU Quote): "Baidu's an expensive stock. ... That's in a Chinese market that is slowing down. ... It always overreacts in the beginning. ... Let's do Baidu under $300."

AllianceBernstein (AB Quote): "No! ... If you want to be in that game, you want to be in T. Rowe (TROW Quote). ... It's a fabulous company and it's down more than any."

H&R Block (HRB Quote): "It is down so unbelievably. ... I'm not done selling. ... I don't want you to touch that ... not even with a 10-foot ... pole."

Freeport-McMoRan (FCX Quote): "Long term, I like it so much. It's copper, it's got gold. ... I sold some much higher. ... I'm being very price sensitive. ... We've got great stocks that are being sold down here after the bell."

Brookfield Asset Management (BAM Quote): "It's run by a really smart guy from Canada. ... It's considered to be a terrible stock in a bear market. ... Let's not throw that away."

Boeing (BA Quote): "The Dreamliner's late again. ... Now we're beginning to think it has a bit of an Airbus feel to it, meaning it can't deliver. ... We've got to wait until the estimates come down again."

Regis Financial (RF Quote): "Nat City (NCC Quote), Regis Financial, Marshall and Ilsley (MI Quote) ... all these regional banks are being killed. ... I am extremely, extremely worried. ... I don't want to touch it."

Circuit City (CC Quote): "You know ... earlier I invoked my grandmother ... 'If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything.' ... I do think that Circuit City could be a goner."

*For all you home-gamers, a 'mon-back opportunity means Cramer would back up the figurative truck and load up on a stock.
