Alliant Techsystems(ATK) coverage is initiated at Cowen with a neutral rating. Company has solid near-term visibility, but estimates are not materially above consensus. El Paso Pipeline Partners(EPB) coverage is initiated at Lehman with an overweight rating and a $27 target price. Lehman says El Paso's organic growth is superior to that of most master limited partnerships (MLPs). 3PAR(PAR) coverage is initiated at Goldman with a neutral rating due to limited room for multiple expansion and upside needed to drive shares higher.Stock Comments / EPS Changes
UBS raises price targets on the legal consulting industry, on the basis of increased bankruptcies and securities litigation stemming from problems in the credit markets. FTI Consulting(FCN) is favorite, with a target increasing to $80 from $65.
